Using Google Images to Detect Fake Profile Photos

Romance scammers often use photos of models and foreign actors. Google Images helps you expose them.

Step 1: Save the Profile Photo

Download their profile photo. Screenshots from Zalo/Messenger work too.

Step 2: Reverse Search on Google

Go to images.google.com → click camera icon → upload image. Google will find everywhere that photo appears.

Step 3: Analyze Results

• Photo appears on many different websites → stolen photo
• Photo belongs to someone else (model, celeb) → 100% fake
• No results found → possibly real, but needs more verification
