1. Data We Collect

When using VTrust tools, we may collect the following types of data:

• Query Data: Phone numbers, bank account numbers, or website addresses (URLs) you enter into the system to check. This data is anonymized and used to enrich the community warning database.
• Technical Data: IP address, browser type, access time to ensure system security and prevent DDoS attacks.
• Report Data: Information you provide when submitting a scam report (including evidence images). We will blur your sensitive personal information before publishing (if any).

2. Purpose of Data Processing

Data is processed for the following purposes:

• Provide accurate scam check results.
• Train AI models to detect new scam patterns.
• Warn the community about emerging threats.
• Assist authorities in investigations (upon legal request).

3. Data Sharing

VTrust does not sell, trade, or rent users' personal information to third parties. Data is only shared in the following cases:

• With your consent.
• At the request of competent State authorities in accordance with the law.
• Sharing anonymized (Aggregated Data) with cybersecurity research partners.

4. User Rights

According to Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, you have the right to:

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
• Withdraw consent for data processing.
• Complain if data security violations are detected.
